Now, I prioritize rest, create breathing room between appointments, and track my energy and availability on a calendar. I've also learned to listen to my mental, emotional, and physical bodies, which has been crucial for building my support system. Taking care of myself first is essential before taking on any other responsibilities - it's a disservice to everyone otherwise.

As a healer, my primary services include Light Language Reiki Healing and Ancestral Lineage Healing. I use my mystical and psychic medium abilities to create transformative experiences for my clients. By speaking "Light Language" during Reiki sessions, I can open portals and energy fields to facilitate positive shifts. Additionally, my ancestral lineage healing helps clients break free from negative patterns and strengthen their connection with their lineage.
